So, you want to volunteer
Maybe joining the Management Board or a Committee is not for you, however we do often have other volunteering opportunities available. These might include helping out with:
- Our members' magazine, "Scottish Country Dancer"
- RSCDS-run events
- The RSCDS Archive project
- Support in the office at 12 Coates Crescent
How do I volunteer?
You don't need to be a member of the RSCDS, however we would encourage you to join. You can apply for any open vacancies, or register your interest (please be aware that by filling in the below form you agree to the RSCDS keeping your details on file should we wish to contact you with upcoming opportunities in the future).

Editor of Scottish Country Dancer
(3 – 5 years subject to agreement ) | Remote | Voluntary, expenses paid
The current Editor of Scottish Country Dancer was asked by the Management Board to produce six issues. The April 2020 issue will be his last. We wish to appoint a successor soon so that they can shadow the current Editor for his last issue before taking over from the October 2020 issue.
