The RSCDS eNewsletter is sent to all RSCDS members who have agreed to receive it and registered an email address on the contact database. Currently there are over 9,200 users in the mailing list, and it continues to grow every day!
What is the aim?
The aim of the eNewsletter is to inform members about events, products, services and current RSCDS activities. It also invites feedback, input and ideas from the members. It is used as a vehicle for articles and materials considered interesting or useful to members, bridging the news gap between issues of the magazine.
The eNewsletter is sent out every other month, typically near the beginning or end of the week, as this is when our users are most active online and engagement rates are the highest. Content for the eNewsletter is accepted up until the eNewsletter is published. If you would like to advertise your event we suggest sending in material at least three months in advance.
Submitting content
We encourage Branches and members to submit content for the eNewsletter and welcome stories about Scottish Country Dancing; information on events/classes; links to events pages; and of course photos and videos. All content should be submitted to the RSCDS office: debbie.morris@rscds.org
How do I receive the eNewsletter?
Simple! At the bottom of every page on this website is a box that says "Sign up for the RSCDS eNewsletter". Click to expand the box, and then fill in the details; that's it! You will then be added to our mailing list, which is administered through MailChimp.
If you do not want to receive the eNewsletter anymore and want to be taken off the mailing list, you can do this by navigating to the footer of the eNewsletter and clicking "unsubscribe". If you are having difficulty doing this then please get in touch with the RSCDS office.
