Branch profile

The Lochaber Branch was formed in 1964 and many of our members are older than the Branch! We have wonderful teachers:- Anne Smyth and Elaine Cameron who are able to teach all levels. We have many loyal members and our Secretary, Sheila Goodall and Chairman Sheila Mainland have been in post for many years.

We meet every Wednesday in the Duncansburgh/Mackintosh Church Hall in Fort William from the middle of August till the end of May at 8 pm. We have an annual Day School and Dance on the second Saturday in September(9th of September 2017). We are extending it this year to hold A Ceilidh Evening of Music,Song, Dance & Laughter on Friday 8th starring 'The Sorries' who are a well known group at the Edinburgh Festival. If you would like a programme please phone Sheila Godall on 01397 712798.

We are a very friendly informal group and extend a warm welcome to visitors of all ages and standards.
