Chard Scottish Country Dance Club

Group profile

Chard Scottish Country Dance Club meets at Chardstock Community Hall, which is on the Somerset and Devon Border. The hall is wide and airy with ample space for six sets. The Club meets on Monday evenings through the winter and has monthly dances through the summer.
Evening programmes are chosen by our teachers and are usually drawn from the future dance programmes. The Club is well integrated with surrounding clubs and supports the global Sottish country dance movement, in particular by video recording dances and linking them to the SCD databases.
