Global Youth Week moves to November for 2019

Coming off a successful 2018, the Youth Services Committee has decided to move Global Youth Week from January to November, to allow dancers in the Southern Hemisphere who didn't have a chance to participate last year.

The new dates will be 23rd - 30th November, the finale being St. Andrews Night.
